The following are our five Employment Development Officers (EDO) who are the lead advisors about the delivery of the project. They are all friendly officers that will work with you to develop an individual plan, based on your personal needs and ambitions. They will mentor you through whichever individual programme we deem to be necessary to help you to progress. Whether it is about confidence building or work base training, we will help you asses your needs and signpost you, where necessary, to other service providers and agencies that can help you achieve your goals. They will be there throughout the whole journey, keeping your plan on track and overcoming any problems.

Tahmina Choudhury EDO I am the Employment Development Officer for Open Door CVCHA I am based at the Sanctuary which is the local community building in Castle Vale and have been working since December 2008. Ams Basra EDO I am the Employment Development Officer for Open Door BCHG in the Black Country Area. I am based at our main offices in Blackheath and have been working since September 2005. Manjit Sehmar EDO I am the Employment Development Officer for Open Door Midland Heart I am based in Coventry. I am a very experienced Outreach worker able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds. Kim Bairstow EDO I am the Employment Development Officer for Open Door Mercian Housing Association and I am based in Aston.
