- Identify areas of expertise and how these link in with other service providers ensuring a co-ordinated approach to service delivery within our designated location and field of work.
- Use a mentoring approach with clients in seeking the correct partner for the participant. This will allow strong relationships to be built based on trust, integrity and achievable milestones and goals being set.
- Create a one-stop-shop offering information, advice and support to those in work and out of work.
